Our Toyland balloons are a great addition to any celebration. Each pack contains 2 foil balloons, one Bluey and one Bingo shaped, measuring 32 inches (81cm) each. The balloons have an automatic sealing valve and can be filled with air or helium.
These balloons make an ideal decoration for children's parties or a surprise gift for any occasion. They come flat and must be inflated by the user.
